Every year the Coos County Radio Club participates in, and hosts events throughout our communities. If your organization has an event that could benefit from our communications services, please reach out to us. We would be happy to evaluate and assist with your organizations needs.
Events we provide communication services for:
- Tour De Fronds Bicycle Ride in Powers Oregon. 3rd Saturday in June
- Circle the Bay Run in Coos Bay/North Bend Oregon. 2nd Saturday in August.
- Steve Prefontaine Memorial Run in Coos Bay Oregon. 3rd Saturday in September.
- Pink Ribbon Run/Walk Coos Bay Empire Lakes Area. October 4, 2025.
Events the Coos County Radio Club Hosts:
- Winter Field Day. Last full weekend in January. Location TBA
- 7QP(7 area QSO Party) First weekend in May. Location TBA
- Field Day. Last full weekend in June. Sturdivant Park, Coquille Oregon
- Parks On The Air (P.O.T.A.) multiple times and locations during the year.
